By enrolling a student at St. Dominic's School, parents/guardians agree to the following fee-related terms:

General Refund Terms

- • Caution Deposit: Refundable upon the student leaving the school, subject to clearance of all dues
Exceptions – Withdrawal Within 15 Days
If a parent/guardian requests withdrawal of the student within 15 days from the date of admission confirmation, the following refund policy applies:
- • Tuition fees paid for the current term will be refunded after deducting applicable administrative charges
- • Admission fee remains non-refundable
- • Any uniform, books, or materials purchased are non-refundable
- • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office
Refund Process
- • Refund requests will be processed within 30 working days of approval
- • Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction
- • All refund requests are subject to approval by the school management
