Admission Procedure
Follow these simple steps to secure a place for your child at St. Dominic's School.
Collect Application Form
Application forms can be collected from the school office during working hours. Forms are available for all classes from Pre-KG to Class XII.
Submit Filled Application
Submit the completed application form along with required documents to the school office. Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
Entrance Assessment
Students may be required to take an entrance assessment appropriate to the grade level being applied for. This helps us understand the student's learning level.
Parent-Teacher Meeting
A meeting with the parents/guardians is arranged to discuss the school's philosophy, expectations, and the student's needs.
Admission Confirmation
Upon selection, parents will receive an admission offer. Complete the fee payment and formalities to confirm the admission.
Documents Required
- Completed application form with passport-size photos
- Birth certificate (original & copy)
- Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Report card / Mark sheet of previous class
- Aadhaar card copy of the student
- Aadhaar card copy of parent/guardian
- Community certificate (if applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate
Withdrawal Policy
Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their child from the school must submit a formal written application to the Head of the institution, along with the reason for withdrawal.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued after all dues are cleared. The TC will be available for collection within 7 working days of the request.
Please note that any fee paid is non-refundable except as per the school's refund policy.
